Tracking on paper vs MFP

Anyone track on paper AND on here or just paper? Success either way?

I think it's about finding what works for you. I've done both and had success with both. I just find using MFP more convenient and discrete than paper tracking.

I have done both....but I love, love, love the MFP journal. It is much easier to look up the calories, carbs etc.

I write my stuff down too & I even just write little notes of encouragement and how my progress is doing/making me feel..etc. It helps me to have something to look at and go back & see how things are changing.

I tracked here (and for a while in Fitbit) when I counted calories, but now I just plan/log roughly, in a spreadsheet (not physically paper). I'm maintaining a good weight after I learnt how to eat :p

I do both as well :) I log into MFP and get the numbers, and also record it in my daily planner. It has the date, my work hours, section for chores that need to be done at home, food journal record, exercise plans/and then a record of what I did, and an area where I score myself based on perceived effort toward my goals. I worked on each one yesterday resulting in my first 100% (the score has steadily been increasing, because I see myself getting more confident). I like writing.
