According to a Reuters article, the breach occurred in February. It is now nearly April. It should not take a month to coordinate a message to the user base when their security has been compromised.

At the moment I'm blending on weekdays: 1 banana 50g blueberries 10g goji berries 300ml skimmed milk 1 tsp raw cocoa powder 1 tsp stevia Keeps me going till lunch. Saturday 2 poached eggs, 2 slice toast. Sunday is full English day - doesn't exactly fall into the healthy category!

I've promised myself something for every stone I lose. I hoping to hit the first stone loss this week as I've got my eye on a nice pipe mod (I'm a vaper). When I hit my first goal of 5 stone lost - a really nice bottle of whisky (technically, it's not food!)

I frequently have the same debate with myself. I've had a pretty good deficit day, and there is a bag of M&Ms in the next room calling to me. I decided that they should stay where they are and I might indulge myself with a nice thick Porter after work tomorrow. Yum :smiley:

I think 1lb a week is a good plan. You won't be starving yourself to achieve it. Making a few small changes to food habits and exercise will be easier to accept. When you lose the first few pounds it will reinforce it and help with motivation. Good luck.

Just a couple of weeks. My diet hasn't changed a great deal. Biggest change has been making an effort to eat a proper lunch at work rather than snacking all day on sweets. Also, as I'm generally sat at a desk all day I've tried to make sure I walk at the end of the day instead of getting the bus.

Exactly this. In every part of life there will be stumbling blocks and setbacks. The important thing is to not obsess about them. Stay focussed. You can still reach your goal, it might just take a little longer.

I was always in pretty good shape as a kid. Was a regular gym-goer from about 15 till 19 when I traded the gym for the pub...found the workouts were getting in the way of my drinking commitments :) Late nights in the pub inevitably led to late night takeaways and the rest is history!

I have a similar goal (80lbs) and have just finished my first week here. Didn't record meals for the first few days but after I started I found I was a little more conscious about what I ate, especially snacks :)
