Did the same at work. Got rid of all my chocolate and biscuit snacks and replaced them with fruit.
Managed to stick with it so far.

How long have you been eating healthily? I started around 4 months ago, and was using this app which really helped but then I fell off the wagon lol

    Just a couple of weeks.
My diet hasn't changed a great deal. Biggest change has been making an effort to eat a proper lunch at work rather than snacking all day on sweets.
Also, as I'm generally sat at a desk all day I've tried to make sure I walk at the end of the day instead of getting the bus.

Yeah I think it's all about making small changes and then they have a big impact. I have put a ban on all the rubbish so if it doesn't go in the trolley it's not in the house and I'm not tempted to eat it. Iv done the same as you, swapped all the garbage for fruit, iv also tried to include nuts n seeds and maybe Greek yogurt for a treat. I'm starting tomorrow so here goes

I cleaned out most (leaving some for the family). I been drinking infused water and that seems to help me going after junk food.

What is infused water ? I swapped all my drinks with just plain water, been feeling better as I used to drink just loads of coffee. Was good to get rid of all that caffeine. Save a fortune as well just drinking water lol

Infused water is simply water with the flavoring of natural fruit squeezed/and or floating inside of it. I don't do weight watchers, count points or eat pre-packaged foods etc, but would be happy to support here. You need to simply buy fresh fruits, vegetables and meats and consume reasonable portions, log everything and be physical and the transition will happen! Save your money.

Yeah I'm not doing weight watchers or anything either, I realised I'd written weight watchers on my introduce yourself part, but I just meant watching your weight instead of the brand name lol just need to get myself back to the gym. I think I actually like the taste of plain water never in a million years did I ever think I'd say that but I can't get enough of the stuff lol
