I’m 82 kgs and am 5ft1 (so short enough and heavy enough to need to be on 1200 cals) I’m having 3 meals a day and a snack around 11:30am. I sit right on 1200 cals and burn around 400 off at the gym. I’m hoping this is enough to lose weight.

From experience the most weight I ever lost was from implementing weights 4 days a week for 10 mins. I lost weight quicker and changed shape quicker than when I just did cardio.

Thanks everyone for the ideas. MFP gave me 1200 because of my height and activity level. I am 5ft0. So very short and not very active.
