Garmin says les calories burned than treadmill says
Hi, today on the treadmill I did moderate pace uphill walk for an hour. By the end it said I burnt 750 calories. However when I sync my Garmin connect it says 8366 steps and only 263 calories burnt today. What should I believe? Absolutely devastated gained 3kgs over night.

What is my true weight.
Everyday I weight myself and everyday and even during the day my weight fluctuates. This morning my weight was 80.3kgs and tonight it was 82.6kgs. During the week it fluctuated from 81-82kgs. What is my true weight? Can my lowest weight be my true weight?

Weight watchers frozen meal
Today I bought a weight watcher frozen meal. I was well below my calorie limit of 1200 cals and had enough cals left to have a healthy lunch and breakfast. Does anyone else eat weight watcher frozen meals? Has anyone has success incorporating these meals as part of a diet... maybe a few times a week?

182lbs 5ft1
I am currently 182lbs and am 5ft1. I want to be 120lbs to be in my healthy weight range. What is the biggest tip when starting out. I have tried to do this so many times and always lose 3-6lbs and quit. I hope to stay motivated and reach my goal.

When trying to lose weight and burn fat is it better for a female to workout before or after breakfast? And if you workout before breakfast, do you have a snack such as a piece of fruit or coffee before that workout?

I'm on a high protein/low carb diet. I am thinking of eating tuna and salad everyday for lunch. Can eating fish everyday be harmful?
