Hi all,
I’ve been on youfoodz for a week now. Sticking to youfoodz for lunch and dinner and staying under 1200 cals. I go gym everyday too. Does anyone have some success to do with youfoodz and loosing fat/weight??

You can eat any food you like and lose weight as long as you are consistently in a deficit.
Why are you trying to eat under 1200cals? For most women, 1200 would be the bare minimum to eat... Only really necessary if you're short and sedentary. The mfp recommendation is the amount to eat, without doing exercise, to achieve your goals. Doing exercise gives you more calories...0 -
Looks delicious, but expensive. I can make the same food for half the price, and I love to cook. If you're consistently eating at a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight. Just be sure you're not undereating, or conversely, underestimating your food intake.0

I’m 82 kgs and am 5ft1 (so short enough and heavy enough to need to be on 1200 cals) I’m having 3 meals a day and a snack around 11:30am. I sit right on 1200 cals and burn around 400 off at the gym. I’m hoping this is enough to lose weight.0

Being heavier means you can probably eat more and still lose - your body requires more calories than a lighter person just to sustain normal functions.
You should add exercise cals to your intake (400 may be an exaggeration... There are many suggestions to only add half of these to compensate for inflated burns)1 -
