Like everyone else said, protein shakes can help you top it off. If you eat eggs, Jay Robb has an egg white protein powder that comes in chocolate and vanilla. I normally use it with unsweetened almond milk and heavy cream. I'm on a Keto diet (that's why I add the extra cream)...but you can dress it up to fit your macros.
