@kota4bye I did a tabata kettlebell workout the other day and it has a lot of swings like this work out does. 40 swings 40 one handed each side 40 handoffs and them quads were shakin haha. First time I felt the burn of kettlebell swings! I am definitely gonna check this out! Thanks

I have some days where I look in the mirror, smile and say, wow I really have lost weight. Then some days I look in the mirror and say- you look worse then when you started. Ugh the struggle :(

You can do this! This app really helps you learn how many calories you consume that really aren't needed. By that I mean- That handful of chips you when you're not even hungry or even how many calories you consume in drinks. I have had some good results in just a month and a half. And I think you will too!

@dlm7507 I can't remember all the names because I follow a video some were Russian twists -50. Halos -30 one was where you place the kettlebell on the top of your thigh leg lifted at 90 degrees and lifted you leg up -30 each side. Back scratchers -30 deadlifts, lunges, swings all were 30. Some cardio and push ups added in.

Oh I was for sure sweating! I think I could use a heavier weight with the arm exercises and swings but keep it lower for certain moves.

Is doing kettlebell workouts okay as your primary workout? I have been doing them 5-6 days a week for a half hour a day. I also have researched them quite a bit and most sites say you burn 20 cal per min. During kettlebell routines do you think that is accurate?
