Trying to stay positive but can't
Has anyone just started losing weight and you see results but it just seems too good to be true and you are second guessing you results/loss? I have been logging for 6 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. I see the results, my pants are smaller but I just keep thinking it's going to stop working or the rest is never going to come…

I am a hairstylist who works 8 hrs a day. Should I put my activity level under lightly active or active? I also have two young kids the only time I sit is during dinner, and on the drive to and from work. If i keep my phone in my pocket all day at the end of my shift on average I have walked 2-3 miles( just to give an idea…
