  • I gain about 2# around midsection and feel exhausted and sluggish for about a week with my cycle. Then I start losing the week after. Completely normal!
  • I had shattered bones in my foot, had reconstruction surgery with a plate and screws put in, a year and half ago. I finally started working out 4 months ago, I can't believe how much I gained being sedentary for so long! Good luck!
