I have seen great results with bands especially if you want to maintain and stay active; so many uses: you can just google or youtube and find a ton of exercises you can do!

Really really appreciate everyone's feedback! I actually have a gym in my building. Is there any other app where I can contact trainers other than LokaTrain? I only see two trainers in Dallas on LokaTrain; will contact them to see if they are a good fit but was just wondering if anyone knew of any other app. Thanks again!!
