    Don't make your diet too restrictive. Make room in your calorie limit for the things you most love.

    That's how I lost 80 lbs in the past year.

    Do excercise you enjoy. I'm doing without gym. Walking, about to add skipping. Swimming in summer

    The LokaTrain app has an "online diet and workout" section and you can direct message the trainers on the app if you need help or have questions! Try it; it helped me get that expert feedback!

    12Sarah has got it. The exercise that burns the most is..... the one you enjoy doing. Also the most important thing I've learned is to lose weight I needed to change me and not what I ate. The way I did that was to reach out like you are doing. I'll add you. I'm just coming back after a long illness but I'm planning to be around here daily. good luck
