No it's not a detox diet as such. I'm not doing it to detox. I cut out all processed foods and am eating more balanced meals. Clean eating means just eating foods that are natural and don't contain any additives or suchlike.

I'm new to macros though in that I've always just followed a 'feel good' factor with healthy eating so the macros I have set are probably way off, if I know what they should be I can probably follow them so any advice here would be appreciated

I agree to try and avoid trans fats found in spreads and margarines. I now eat only full fat products but in small amounts.
