I don't believe there is any right answer. I think all three can be done well, or can be done terribly. I know an overweight vegetarian, an underweight meat eater, an average weight vegan, etc. No one can agree on the best route to take and I am not a doctor/scientist so I will do what feels right for me.

I would not say I am any particular "kind" of fat. I'm a binge eater and for the past 2 years, I've avoided dealing with it because I couldn't decide if I was genuinely disordered or just lacked control.
