Been trying hard to walk each day for minimum 1 hour through 2 to 3 walks a day. Mainly do two 15 minute ones and then a 30 minute one in the evening. Helps to have my dog he really looks forward to his walks also makes him sleep better! Happy to say I have been successful in keeping up with it. Almost missed out yesterday…

I'm in. Goal is one hour per day every day. Broken up to two to three walks per day.

I'm in. Newbie here. I don't count my steps I'm just going to walk for an hour every day. I like to split it up in a few walks per day to total minimum of one hour.

I would stop drinking it completely, cold turkey. Don't buy it. If it's not in the house there is no temptation. I never ever drank diet soda. I don't like aspartame etc. I do like gingerale but I have never been a high consumer of it but I do not buy it anymore so it removes the temptation. What you crave is not the pop…

You can have almost anything u want as long as it's in moderation. Up the protein with foods like Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, etc. Eat less bread, pasta and sweets.
