Links to 1200 cal meal menus?

I have one menu for a 1200 calorie breakfast,lunch,dinner and snack that I found online.. The menu has @20 items for each categories, but I'm wanting some more variety of things to prepare. Any help would be appreciated.

    Add me as a friend if you'd like to see my diary. I'm going to be on a 1200 calorie restriction for the next 9 to 12 months.

    You can have almost anything u want as long as it's in moderation. Up the protein with foods like Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, etc. Eat less bread, pasta and sweets.

    Did you google "1200 calorie menus"? I have before and come up with tons of different sites with lots of examples.

    I did, I found some for about three or five days .. I would like at least 14-30 days. Some only will tell u what food groups to eat from and the amount I should eat.

    Ok here's what I've been trying
    To figure out ? If I make chicken Alfredo for the whole family for dinner using jar sauce , diced chicken and broccoli .. How do I get a calorie count being
    That I mix all ingredients together? Same with spaghetti and meatsauce. I cook for 7 each night.
