If at a bmi of 19 you are having reoccurring binges, your body's set point may be higher than that naturally. Though it is possible to maintain this bmi, your body will fight to be at it's set point; hence the binges

I'll be on my period tomorrow so I won't be able to weigh for another week (I made a rule to myself not to weight the full week of my period. Water retention freaks me out!)

The pineapple dole whips are only 100 calories if you get the kid size (which is still pretty big!) ;)
