I enjoy kickboxing classes but I don't like other group exercise classes. Maybe because I feel less pressure to keep up with the more athletic people and thus work at my own pace better? Or I like to see everyone suffering with me lol

Thank you! I'm excited to try. I've done light boxing and self defense while I was in the military and they was something cathartic about hitting stuff for me so I'm hoping this helps with a bit of stress I have trouble getting rid of.

I want to not be embarrassed if my shirt ever lifts and my stomach is exposed. I want to be able to eat something once in a blue moon at a resteraunt that IS unhealthy and not have people think "no wonder she is fat".
