Keep at it I'm currently eating inbetween 3300 to 4000 calories a day and I walk about 8 miles a day to and from work but I've put on 2 pounds in a week. Maybe try eating some cashew nuts or mixed nuts as a snack throughout the day as well.

I'm 6ft 2 but only 140 pounds been using this app for a week and gained 2 pounds so far. Eating plenty of pasta, meats and nuts is a great start
