Cant balance the two

I want to gain weight but not the belly...its taking forever...I consume around 3000calories a day( including protein shake) but I'm extremely active...suggestions?

    You cant control where you gain... that is based on genetics. The best you can do is slow bulk, light progressively and cycle between bulks and cuts.

    Keep at it I'm currently eating inbetween 3300 to 4000 calories a day and I walk about 8 miles a day to and from work but I've put on 2 pounds in a week. Maybe try eating some cashew nuts or mixed nuts as a snack throughout the day as well.
