@cali_rose213 it does gets easier, I used lighter weights for the cardio with weight exercises

Well I am finished!!! It took 1month and 21 days but I did it and I am happy with the results. I lost 12 lbs and 1 size pants... I am moving on to RIPPED IN 30

For me, level 2 is the hardest, the first time I did it I stress out my knees, that’s why I’m taking it easy this time, giving my body rest days and not pushing myself to the extreme. Good luck on level 3

This is my 3rd time doing it and I still struggle with level 2, maybe because it include exercises that we don’t do that often or find in other DVD’s, the good side of it is that level 3 is easier and most importantly IT WORKS!”

Congratulations for keeping up, the hard work is showing. I did this workouts 2 yrs ago and had great results, specially around my waist.
