I work in a food cafeteria making 3 meals a day for 150 people. Buy lots of tuna, 100 cal bags of popcorn etc..Basically bring your own food. Salads are good. Bring instant oatmeal. Try to divorce yourself from the fact you are working with food. It works for me. good luck

I always tell myself if I am really hungry I can have a can of tuna in water....anytime! It doesn't take long or many cans of tuna for me to figure I'm really not that hungry

So, never let other people put food on your plate because the dish is too hot/heavy to pass. No one seems to understand " just a little please".Enjoyed meal but did skip pie. Hope everyone had a good daycare

Do what works for you. Don't listen to people who discount what you are doing. They are poisonous. Be open to reassess as you go along, but on your own terms.

Please add me! I got sick at 249 and lost 9 lbs. I thought "Now would be a good time to keep it going" Started here at 240 and am now 222. My middle name is yo yo dieter. It is coming off slower this time, but I have the mind set to just eat healthy and move. I will lose it when I do. ( I measure/weigh everything)

I am 60 and love pokemon go. I started doing it so I would have something in common with my 12 yr old nephew. We go out together and separately. I hate my job and work through an hour unpaid lunch break. I now go walking, hunting. I walk in the evening and my partner has even convinced me to hop on a bike.

9.5 lb.s in 4 days, then nothing for 12. I have decided to weigh 1 time a week. As I get older my body likes to mess with me. Touch. Ok I hear you all. Thanks for the reality check. I weigh 229 so I thought 2# was reasonable but changing my[exectations to fit reality hit me between the eyes so I guess it's true. I can't eat jelly beans.. I can't stop. No moderation with refined sugar

LOL 2# a week makes me feel like I am getting somewhere and it was worth giving up several hundred jelly beans a week.
