  • I was using My Trainer Dasi before I switched over to doing insanity. It gave a set of workouts each day based on the program you selected, the number of reps, and included guide images.
  • I've just started Insanity with my fiance (completed day 3 today). It's set up for 60 days, but can be repeated. Plus, I have a feeling I'm going to repeat days in my first go through.
