I had them and didn't know what the shooting pain in my legs were. Eventually I collapsed and couldn't walk. Doctor told me to rest and gave me some antiinflammatories to help. I rested for a month or so as advised then stepped back on the basketball court and the pain came rushing back. I'd rested for a month and it…

Hi Ashleigh, one I go for..... In the slow cooker. Tin of chopped tomatoes Chicken breast Cut up chorizo pieces Few squirts of tomato puree Small spoon of chipotle paste (it's hot so don't go overboard) Salt, pepper, chilli powder Stock cube. Leave it in and stir occasionally but it gives good portions and tastes real…

T25 is decent. What I like about that (25 mins) and p90x3 (30 mins) is the time. It's short but still a good workout. And you're right mate, very hard when you've been out a while

Yeah tell me about it haha. I completed insanity around this time last year, I thought I'd try t25 after that and found it way too easy so doubled my sessions and did insanity on my off days. Fast forward ..... I had two big injuries which really set me back (I also used it as an excuse to eat rubbish and drink a lot) now…

I really like x3, I've not done the original p90x but I've completed insanity which was tough but worth it .

Hi Gordon, my cardio is a mix of t25 and p90x3! Are you doing original p90x?
