You also don’t want to do anything that will come into contact with the machine against your tattoo. Being that it’s still healing you don’t want to risk infection from anyone else’s sweat.
-
Would maybe pool exercises help since it takes the pressure off? Would a stretching program help?

My name comes from the entire 2017 I spent either injured or ill quite badly. I told my husband I’m so sick of being broken and he said you are still so beautiful. So I call myself beautifully broken. I even had it tattooed on me.

51 here and starting over after a year of continuous illness or injury and 40# heavier than I was . It’s harder this go around because I’m always in pain. But, I’ll get there again. Just want to enjoy the ride there. I’m definitely more humbled than I was before I got myself broken. Feel free to add me .

I'm not a big fan of cooking especially after a busy day of work in retail. I usually take one of my days off and make meals for a few days and prep other things. Or I will write a menu out for several days and plan accordingly. I make my list for the week before I go based on those meals.

Don't be disappointed in yourself. Especially if you just started working out, that happens. Try to focus on the positives that you accomplished.

@woznube7...congrats and be happy with the choice you made. Do not second guess your choice. It may turn out great, better even or it could be not what you are happy with however it turns out....it will be a learning experience and a step outside your comfort zone. Embrace it. Congrats to all the other beautiful ladies who…

Love yourself Beautiful! Love yourself when the scale does not favor you, love yourself when you eat something unhealthy an so on. The scale is not your friend. It cannot tell you how beautiful you are. Do not let it define you or make or break your day. Find something you love to do that makes you feel good ( for me it's…

Good evening Beautiful ones....I apologize in advance that I am not here everyday. Being less reliant ( addicted) to social media and mfp that has caused me so much pain the the past. That is a habit I would like to cut back on. Namaste

I did weight lifting for four years and about six months ago stopped and picked up yoga. It has helped me in so many ways. Strength, stamina, my mood, stress, flexibility etc. I took a few classes and mostly do everything on my own for the most part. It is one of those things you can make as relaxing or as athletic as you…

If you don't let it heal and go away, you will be spending more time off than you want to. Do not ignore this. It doesent just go away

I have experienced this many times. I know that hot poker feeling in the butt cheek. It sounds to me like sciatica. When I get it that bad I have to take muscle relaxers for a few days and at times a steroid pack ( as I type I am going thru this). Massage helps but mostly rest , ice/ heat and relaxers or ibuprofen. The…

I have used my HRM while doing basic yoga ( which you can make as relaxing or athletic as you choose) and I have burned about 50 cals in 20 mins on average.

I discovered yoga about 3 months ago after lifting for four years and feeling burnt out. I took a few months off, gained 20# and then started yoga. I LOVE yoga! It has been the best thing for me physically and mentally. Haven't tried hot yoga yet but look forward to trying it. I just take some basic classes and do almost…

After having a couple of severe sciatic attacks due to vertebrae out of place and pushing against the nerves I've had to deal with a lot of back pain and mobility issues but, I decided to give yoga a try almost 3 months ago and though it was hard and painful at first , it has made an amazing difference in how my body…

I was using LiveLoveLift for a long time . Went thru a really bad mind f@#k with the whole weight loss get fit thing after losing 95# and putting 20 back on. I did many wrong things to my body physically and mentally to be a number on the scale. That being said ....I was causing destruction in my Beautiful body. So I…

I do either single leg dumbbell or cable stiff leg deadlifts. Both of which are kinder to my sciatic.
