I have osteoarthritis in both knees and now have signs of it in both hips and si joints. I am 26lb lighter than my heaviest weight but I still have at least 75 to go. I am hoping if I lose enough weight I can avoid knee replacements. Good luck to all.

Count me in, I have mobility issues and can't always walk as much as I like. I sometimes use a stick but not as much as I should. I am recovering from recent arthroscopy to right knee and hope this will encourage me to walk more.

I totally get where you are coming from and also have 100lbs to lose. It is hard not to beat yourself up when you fall off the band wagon but you need to be kind to yourself accept you are human and make mistakes try to draw a line under it and start again at the next meal.
