Not getting old...😏

I married my husband at age 51. We knew each other for 14 years before. So you are never too old! 🙄
-
Don't marry him!!

I'm glad the woo button is gone it was always confusing but I thought it was a sign someone disagreed with you. Disagree is better and clarifys stuff, as to know why people disagree with some comments is another story?? You can't agree with everyone, It's their opinion, does it really matter? No......

I keep shouting out broccolli and cauliflower in public, I think I have florettes.....

I would ask your blood clinic for dietry advice as they tell my father to avoid vit K veg (dark green veg and lettuce) as it makes his INR go awry or your doctor. Dieting on warfarin is tricky. Good luck.

I want to stay alive! I was a fit, active, slim, non smoker and had a stroke at 50 for no apparent reason. If I was less fit things may have turned out worse. And I still want too look as good as I can. 😏

The bluest eye by Toni Morrison. I saw on UK news that Toni had died recently and thought she was a woman with courage and determination and wanted to read her books. Such an inspirational lady. God bless her.

I am from London. Wet and muggy at the moment.

Pretty wet and muggy in London today but due to get hotter next week. I also have allergies and asthma so know how you feel. I didn't go to Europe this July as I struggled in the heatwave last year and that was no fun. Stay safe all our US members as heat predicted to rise this weekend there. Keep cool! 😥

McDonalds, KFC etc etc....

Mobile phone zombies, walking along the road texting and bumping into everyone. One walked in the road without looking and caused a cyclist to have an accident avoiding her. Bloody idiots. 😡

I think the woo could be when someone does not agree with what you've said but don't take it to heart just shrug it off. Life's too short to please everyone!

I would have took both 50 dollar gift cards out. Its they're fault their crap at catering for parties!

I'm reading The Librarian of Auschwitz. A really sad story but inspiring. I am trying to get back to reading after my stroke which affected my reading, writing and memory. The determination and courage these people had makes my struggle seem a 'walk in the park'. So far so good, one step at a time.😊

Registration administrator in a foodbank. I like dealing with the public and people I can help and support.

I have had a haemorraghic stroke and recovered well and thankfully people are very surprised to hear that I have had one at all! I count my blessings 🌹

Hi there to all from UK. I am from London's East end and I don't have an accent like Cee 134! 😄 we don't all eat jellied eels or live in Albert Square. Good luck to all on MFP and nice to meet you all.

I was a dental nurse and worked with a surgeon for 14 years and had an impacted unerrupted wisdom tooth removed in between patients under local anaesthetic! It was really easy and the surgeon was excellent. It is not always as bad as you imagine and the horror stories you hear. You may feel sore after so have painkillers…

I have had Samsungs for years and none of them have broken. Occasional problems with batteries but just bought new one. My current one is 3 years old. Maybe check out a different make. Good luck.

Slightly sweetened caramel rice cakes or soya yogurt. Lower calorie options to beat my craving.

From a dental nurse of 14 years I have never heard of Root Canal causing cancer. An untreated infection however csn cause sepsis! If the tooth is abcessed you will need antibiotics to clear the infection before the root canal treatment or the tooth will not go numb. You do root canal either because of an infection and…

Excellent idea. Selfies irritate me. I'd rather look at a nice nature picture than those fishing for complements! Good idea for personal use to track progress on the weight loss journey. Some people on MFP look like they don't need to be on here as they are slim and trim already.

I would buy a house, take care of my family finacially, start a business, set up a charity to help the homeless and those in poverty, donate some to cancer research....the list is endless....I'd better do the lottery!

I do not eat any meat through choice for many years as I cannot bear the thought of eating an animal. I do not eat any fish or shellfish because of food allergies. I eat many other food groups and seem to stay healthy. I did see a dietician to check I was meeting my needs nutritionally and would recommend this if avoiding…
