I worked in the dental profession for 15 years and the only thing that succesfully whitens teeth is a hydrogen peroxide (bleach) gel applied in trays bought at the dentist. It is costly and only temporary as it needs to be done every few months. Bleach can burn the gums at higher strengh and needs professional guidance.…

Hi I am so sorry to hear you are feeling like that due to your husbands actions. I was married to a guy who was the same. He made me feel rubbish. I realised that he bullied me because he had issues himself. I thought that I was worth more than that and decided to get him out of my life (after 7 years) and got divorced. I…

Hi I got married in 2013, 8 years ago at age 51. It cost about £450 including ring, dress which was a beautiful vintage short 50s style which cost £50 and a small family gathering at home after. It was a lovely day and didn't cost the earth. I am in UK.

Costa soya cappuccino without chocolate topping.

I wear mine to the gym but then I don't lift heavy weights, whatever suits you is good and you don't need a wedding ring to put off possible 'hook ups'. Some still see a ring and hit on you, as long as you are up front and don't encourage them and flirt. Tell them nicely and carry on.

Hi I had twins and you need to eat sensibly and make sure you nourish yourself to look after the little one especially if you breast feed. Cut out high calorie sugary and fatty food and concentrate on good nutritious food. Being a new mum can be tough at first but the weight will come off if you persevere with a healthy…

I don't have a car! I use transport (hardly ever) or walk which is good for the waistline and good for the environment. 😊

I get times like that. I don't look at them as walls...they are my 'hurdles' and I may not be able to jump them today but tomorrow I might. On my 'hurdle' days I just accept it and have a me day doing whatever I feel like. Be good to yourself and go with the flow. Tomorrow is a new day.

It is a substitute used in vegan cooking (mostly). I have used it to add a 'cheesy' taste to sauces or even mashed potatoes because I am allergic to dairy. It tastes a bit salty. It looks flaky and comes in a tub usually bought in some supermarkets and health food shops. Its ok but I can live without it!

Every day at least once sometimes more! If I went to someones house and the toilet was dirty I wouldn't have much confidence that the rest of the house was clean. I would avoid eating and drinking in there!😣

Something which is lacking in this world today. Sadly.

It might be like facebook. You can have 1000 friends but communicate with 5! Just stick to the ones in regular contact. It's nothing personal.

I worked with a surgeon who did botox and derma fillers which are all temporary fixes. Botox is Botulinum toxin and is absorbed by the body in about 3 months and needs top ups. As we age collagen is lost and skin looses it's 'plumpness'. We can stay out of the sun, hydrate and moisturise which may help but we cannot turn…
