Hello! Im am lookong for friends for motivation and support. I had a baby 2 months ago and i am trying to lose all the baby weight. I have been stuck at 190 for the past month and am trying to get down to 140 to 150

    Hi hun, I haven't had any children so I can't help you on that aspect, but keep at it and I'm sure you will get there. As long as you are fit and healthy that's all that matters! I am 180 at the moment and want to get to 140 or 150 so we are pretty much on the same journey x

    Hi I had twins and you need to eat sensibly and make sure you nourish yourself to look after the little one especially if you breast feed. Cut out high calorie sugary and fatty food and concentrate on good nutritious food. Being a new mum can be tough at first but the weight will come off if you persevere with a healthy eating plan. Don't look at it as a 'diet' and allow yourself the occasional treat. When you are tired you can crave sugar but substitute it with a healthy option.
