Work week it's a protein bar or Greek yogurt with berries and always lots of coffee.
Weekend it's sunny side up eggs, toast with butter and bacon. Oh and lots of coffee.0 -
Eggs, chicken sausage, peppers, whole wheat toast and spinach or avocado0

Coffee.
Followed by...another coffee.
Some mornings I'll have a protein bar. Or eggs. Or oatmeal. Or avocado toast. But I don't usually eat until after gym or tennis...and by then it's just about time for lunch.1 -
usually Mon-Sat is one of these:
egg taco w/ salsa
PB&J oatmeal
Greek yogurt & fruit
egg & toast w/ coconut butter
"fridge oats"
egg & waffle (toaster type)
Sunday either French toast & fruit or steel cut oats cooked on the stove top with cranberries & nuts0 -
6 Mango slices
1 Banana
10 Apricots
6 Dried prunes
1 Honey Crisp Apple
Hot black tea with honey and almond milk
or
2 Cups Cereal - Kellogg's Special K Protein Honey Almond Ancient Grains w/
2 Cups Almond milk
1 Glass Orange juice with pulp

I like Chick-fil-A's breakfast menu. It's the only place I'll have breakfast, otherwise I fast until lunch.
I usually get the hash brown scramble chicken burrito with 2 biscuits and an order of the chicken minis. And maybe like a side of hash browns that I save til the very end.
And to drink - lots of water!0 -
~500 mL of cold water and at some point maybe a B12 tablet.
In an hour or two a tea, either peppermint or decaf orange pekoe with Truvia and almond milk.
Never been a breakfast person.1 -
Protein yoghurt (two spoons) , spread on the bottom of the plate, add nut mix over half the yoghurt (natural nuts, macadamia, sliced almonds, etc. flakes, dried cranberries), drizzle nuts with honey, add blueberries and raspberries over the other half of the plate.

During the week and on the go it’s a whey protein shake, with a cheese stick and a 8oz coffee.
Weekends it’s either homemade eggs, chorizo and potatoes all in one bowl with/out a flour tortilla

Chocolate chip waffles with bacon on the side. 😋0
