    Tea or coffee. I don’t really eat breakfast. I usually start eating again around midday but dinner is usually pretty big.

    I like Chick-fil-A's breakfast menu. It's the only place I'll have breakfast, otherwise I fast until lunch.

    I usually get the hash brown scramble chicken burrito with 2 biscuits and an order of the chicken minis. And maybe like a side of hash browns that I save til the very end.
    And to drink - lots of water!

    ~500 mL of cold water and at some point maybe a B12 tablet.
    In an hour or two a tea, either peppermint or decaf orange pekoe with Truvia and almond milk.

    Never been a breakfast person.

    Protein yoghurt (two spoons) , spread on the bottom of the plate, add nut mix over half the yoghurt (natural nuts, macadamia, sliced almonds, etc. flakes, dried cranberries), drizzle nuts with honey, add blueberries and raspberries over the other half of the plate.

    During the week and on the go it’s a whey protein shake, with a cheese stick and a 8oz coffee.

    Weekends it’s either homemade eggs, chorizo and potatoes all in one bowl with/out a flour tortilla
    OR
    Chocolate chip waffles with bacon on the side. 😋

    Have fallen in love with a half a whole wheat pita pocket with 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 hard boiled sliced egg and sliced avocado stuffed inside. Simple and so yummy!

    2 whole eggs, 195grams egg whites, 6 slices turkey bacon, coffee ( 1 scoop collagen, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/3 cup 2% milk)
