What's your go to breakfast?

For me, I could never get enough of sunnyside up eggs and toast. 😋

I don't really have a "go to." I like to do eggs, bacon, and hash browns on Sunday mornings, but that's really the only day that I have a "go to." My dad always did Sunday breakfast when I was a kid so I've just kept on with that.

During the week, it's pretty variable. This morning I had leftover roast beef with horseradish and mashed potatoes and gravy and sauteed mushrooms.

I'm rather fond of my breakfast burrito made with a veggie/low-carb tortilla. So tortilla, bacon, eggs, a bit o' cheese, avocado and sometimes other veggies (usually peppers or mushrooms). :)

However, I eat a lot of things for breakfast. Just depends.

Either overnight oats (with protein powder, nut milk, yoghurt, fruit) to take to work or if I'm home a boiled egg with marmite sourdough soldiers.

    I alternate:

3 egg omelet, 2 slices pepper jack cheese and half an avocado, with 2 cups of coffee; one before and one after.

1.5 cups cottage with 0.5 cups peach yogurt, and coffee as above.

    Or leftover pizza.

Work week it's a protein bar or Greek yogurt with berries and always lots of coffee.
Weekend it's sunny side up eggs, toast with butter and bacon. Oh and lots of coffee. :D

    Coffee.

    Followed by...another coffee.

Some mornings I'll have a protein bar. Or eggs. Or oatmeal. Or avocado toast. But I don't usually eat until after gym or tennis...and by then it's just about time for lunch.
