  • Good morning!! Don't forget to get your dose of vitamin D today. I had a 20 min walk with my dog, breakfast, time with God, and a great shower. I use coconut oil as a moisturizer considering some female products tend to affect our hormones. I'm on my way to the gym. How are you taking care of yourself this Saturday?

  • Intermittent fasting works for me. I eat carbs in the morning and then protein and veggies until 4pm. And then water and spearmint tea the rest of the day.
