Good Morning Ladies! I'm Michelle and I am a PCOS survivor! I don't want to classify as a "suffer" because that will confirm PCOS has taken over my life and it hasn't. I'll be posting my exercise methods, food intake, offering support and motivation, and how many steps I've taken. Please feel free to post updates of your journey!!!! Good luck!

Good morning cysters! This morning I celebrate a small victory of not getting my usual McDonald's breakfast!!!!! For us, breaking our addiction to certain foods is a major set back in our progress to managing PCOS. So this morning I ate a big bowl of oatmeal, drank tea, and took a nice 20 min walk in the sun. I also meditated and talked to God. For PCOS women, our body can produce more male hormones due to stress. Did you know that???? So take a moment, before you start your day, to meditate. I also take a supplement called L-theanine. This is awesome for people who have anxiety and high stress. Have a good day!!0

Good morning!! Don't forget to get your dose of vitamin D today. I had a 20 min walk with my dog, breakfast, time with God, and a great shower. I use coconut oil as a moisturizer considering some female products tend to affect our hormones. I'm on my way to the gym. How are you taking care of yourself this Saturday?0
