  • Good morning ladies. June here, from Auckland New Zealand. After a rough year with some health issues I am determined to get myself back on track, taking care of me. Even though I am not back into the gym, I am walking every day and eating healthy. I hope everyone is having a happy and productive day. June :smiley:

  • I have recently joined MyFitnessPal and my main goal is to check in daily and truly track my calories and exercise. I aim to get to the gym 2-3 times weekly and booster that with walking. June Auckland New Zealand
  • My issue is once I reach my goal I forget that it is a lifestyle change not just a diet. I start eating as I did in the past, I forget to watch my calories, I exercise less, then I start to regain. At this point I get frustrated with myself and I eat to feel better. NOT THIS TIME! :)
  • I can see from previous entries everyone has let you know you can eat bacon and it isn't 500 cal. I just want to mention that I bake it on a rack. I think you have to find a way to work the foods you love into your meal plan. If not you will obsess about what you are missing and binge.

  • when entering a strength training session do you have to add every machine you use? i can't find any in the data base. ie. chest press? seems like it would be in the data base. am i doing something wrong? thanks for any help.
