My suggestions are (based on many years of reading and trial and error), take what works for you: 1. Stop restricting yourself - however if you have already been doing so for a substantial period of time (thinking over 6 months), even if you start trying to eat normally without restriction, it will take a LONG time (we are…

thumbs up for this one - however be aware that it takes a LONG time to revert to normal eating even if you stop restricting yourself. Expect weight gain and many many months to come.

For 30 years of my life all I remembered was hiding in my room and devouring a storage box of food, that was my safe place when no one was there for me. I guess I am attached because food is always there for me, no one else. I actually enjoyed working…

I didn't have to try too hard to keep a good caloric balance and was still able to eat a little bit of what I like. Now it is like i am a completely different person when it comes to food. I don't know what I need…

cornbread. I used to devour them thinking it is healthy because it is corn! Until I looked at the label one day and I was literally shocked. They are pretty much the same calorie as chips. The thing is I can't eat more than 2 servings of chips before I get sick of the greasy taste but I can have a pound of corn bread…
