I know what you mean, but stop thinking of it that way or you'll probably go back to eating the wrong way. Don't convince yourself that you miss eating as much as you want of whatever you want, because I'm sure it was never as great as you're telling yourself it was. Instead, think of why you want to lose weight in the…

I think friends say it because it's just a nice thing to say. You know, like when someone says they're on a diet so you're like "oh you don't need to diet". I know I say that sometimes because otherwise I feel like I'm agreeing to calling them fat lol I definitely don't do it to not be supportive. But yeah, I've been told…

Popcorn! Not from the movie theater though, it's loaded with butter. I like the 100 calorie packs, I just put it in ziplock bags and sneak it into the movie theater lol. Maybe pretzels (not soft pretzels)?
-
I love them, I probably overdo it a little though lol. I have 2-3 zero calorie drinks a day (zero calorie Monster, diet soda, sparkling ice..) but it's cool. It helps save me a lot of calories since it suppresses my appetite and helps with sugar cravings. I try to save as many calories as possible for the afternoon and…

I didn't really agree with it much. It seemed like she couldn't make up her mind during the video, first she was saying after her first shopping trip that she hated herself and looked like she was about to cry, but the second day she was saying she's okay with herself. I find it hard to believe she's suddenly okay with…

I don't gain too much, around 1 pound but my weight doesn't budge for the week and sometimes even the week before which sucks just as much. :( I heard of some people gaining up to 10 pounds!

As much weight as you need to feel comfortable! I'm 5'4 and 128-130 pounds (my weight can't make up its mind lol) and I'm still not comfortable with myself, especially in the stomach area. My ultimate goal is 115-120. It's kinda impossible to say how much you should lose because we don't know what weight you would feel…

Honestly there's no way to know for sure what your size will be, it's possible that for the last couple pounds you'll start getting smaller in the bottom half. I think since you're still in the overweight BMI you could continue to lose weight and see how you feel. If you don't like the way you look at 100 pounds then at…

That means you ate a little more than half of your exercise calories back which is good! You should try to eat back at least some exercise calories whenever you exercise but if you don't then it's not a big deal. Just listen to your body and eat if you're hungry!
-
You shouldn't eat all your exercise calories back (unless you really want to) because exercise calories are usually overestimated. Most people eat back 50-75% just to be on the safe side.

Good job! Getting started is always the hardest part, so congrats on getting through the first month  I'm finishing day 61 and I can say that it's definitely gotten even easier compared to day 30!

I don't think it keeps me more accountable because it's not like my MFP friends are going to get disappointed if I go over my calories or anything like that. I've never felt any type of way when I see that any of my friends overate a lot. It happens. Plus, usually I forget that I even have it open and that other people…

Yes, but don't eat them all. Most people eat back 50-75% because calories burned are usually overestimated.

They're called "let's skip the sandwich" wraps. There's different types (multigrain, honey wheat, garden vegetable, premium white, sourdough, everything, 9 grain with chia...) but they're all 60-80 calories each. That's the lowest calorie one I found and they're low carb!

I just made lasagna roll ups! 2/3 sheets of whole wheat lasagna boiled, lay them down and put some pasta sauce (I use Preggo traditional light, saves some calories), cheese, and turkey (or normal, turkey just has less calories) pepperoni slices, then roll it up and put a little more sauce and cheese on top and bake it. You…

Maybe you should try looking at your weekly net average instead of daily so that it's less confusing? I probably wouldn't log it as the next day since it's your dinner for that day. Your body doesn't reset the second it hits 12am so it doesn't matter towards your weight loss when you log it though
-
I'm in the same spot right now too! I started off losing 2 pounds a week (and sometimes even more, not on purpose), and now it's slowed down to 1 pound a week, which I know is healthy but still stressful when you have no patience lol. It's because you weight less so the amount of calories you burn is less, so if you keep…

We can be friends! I'm on day 60 and starting to get a little discouraged too because my weight loss is starting to slow down. I don't plan on giving up because it's kind of habitual now, but I definitely need an extra push of motivation

I just went there for the first time a couple days ago and it really is way overpriced. I just went for ice cream too, but I ended up buying some ice cream cones and a frozen personal pizza. I spent $22. I feel like that's crazy, considering I spend $50 for my groceries for the entire week. Half that amount just for some…

I just started doing it two weeks ago and really like it so far! I eat 500 calories on Sunday and 700 on another day in the week which is a little difficult but I think it's worth it to give myself something to look forward to. It gives me more variety throughout the week. It's hard for me to eat dessert and fast food when…

I do both, but I'm definitely a quantity person too. You shouldn't feel bad! If you know you're eating the right amount of calories, there's nothing to feel bad about. Just remind yourself that you aren't doing anything wrong. I know the feeling though, because I bank my calories (eat less some days, and then eat more…

I feel you, I always crave sugar and want it more than anything else, and find it hardest to say no to. I've been working things into my calories which works well for me. I eat 500 calories some days in order to eat 1900 another day that week. Strangely enough, I usually don't spend those extra 700 calories on sweets just…

I'm sure at the fitness classes they're doing a lot more than just jumping in order to burn 1000 an hour haha but that sounds intense! Good luck
-
I would use my Fitbit but I can't find the charger so I can't. I don't do much exercise except walking so that's why I wanted to log it. I like my net calories for the week to be as accurate as possible because I don't have much left to lose haha. It makes sense not to log the small things for someone who works out a lot…

It's basically multiple rooms where the entire floor is made from trampoline haha

Don't worry about it, 3 days is nothing. I've had many days where I've stayed the same, and I've had a 2 week period where I gained and lost the same 2 pounds. It'll move eventually, as long as you're sure you're not overeating
-
I consider anything that takes me over my weekly calories a "cheat", not the type of food I'm eating. I had Chipotle yesterday, and I'm having Wendy's and Taco Bell tomorrow. It fits my calories, so it's not a cheat. I wouldn't purposely have a cheat meal or cheat day, that would only ruin all my hard work that week.…

Yeah, it's super easy! It's just cauliflower, cheese, and an egg. I used this website: http://detoxinista.com/2012/01/the-secret-to-perfect-cauliflower-pizza-crust/

Do you like frozen waffles at all? The brand Van's makes waffles that have 8 whole grains (it says they're baked with whole wheat, oats, barley, brown rice, rye, quinoa, amaranth and millet), only have 150 calories for 2 waffles, and have 7g of fiber. I tried them today and thought they were good! We're already friends on…

I made two of those for breakfast today, it's not as fast as yogurt but at least you don't have to cook anything. Frozen waffle (I buy the brand Van's, 8 whole grains. 150 cal for 2 waffles), 2 tablespoons of PB2 (45 cal), 1 or 2 strawberries, dark chocolate chocolate chips (8 grams, 40 calories), and chocolate Halo Top…
