Why is it a lot of calories? A large egg is around 70 calories. You could try adding egg whites too, which is what I do. For two whole eggs and 100g of egg whites (which usually takes 3 eggs for me), it only comes out to 190-200 calories. That's a good amount of food in my opinion. I wouldn't because I think knowing I wouldn't win because I don't have a lot of weight left to lose just wouldn't motivate me much. I don't think I would try any harder than I do without it for that reason :smile:

When are people going to stop thinking that starvation mode is an actual thing and that you won't lose weight if you don't eat enough? I drink one a day too, and have been for a while. It's not affecting my weight loss :smile: if anything, I think it's helping my weight loss because I drink it when I have a sugar craving and it's helped every single time so far!

If you weigh all your food and you're sure that you're eating at a deficit, you might want to go to your doctor to make sure you don't have any medical issues preventing you from losing weight. Is that a complaint? 80 days is only around 11 weeks and you lost almost 20 pounds. That's an average of 1.8 per week (a little more even). You're saying you're not proud of yourself for losing the weight of a car tire in only 80 days?

So I went to Whole Foods today and bought the mint chip and chocolate ones, and it's way better than Arctic Zero! So much more like actual ice cream. I put it in one of those 10 calorie ice cream cones so I don't eat the entire pint lol

I'm on day 56 and I just hit 10 pounds (started at 140, I'm at 130 now). I average 1200 a day too and just started walking 2-3 miles everyday this week. I lost all of the weight without exercise though :smile: do you weigh your food? You might be eating a little more than you think

So I don't have any answers for the OP, but what's so special about HFLC? What does everyone mean when they said they had a lot of success with it? I thought it was just about calories haha does everyone mean that they felt less hungry with low carb or am I missing something? :smile:

Try cashew milk! I haven't tried it so I don't know if it's good, but it's a lot lower in calories than coconut milk is. I'm pretty sure it's even lower in calories than almond milk, or around the same. :smile:

You may have lowered it too much. If you're cool with 1 pound a month that's great but you could go for .5-1 pound a week, which is what most people do. You might end up getting impatient if you're only losing like .25 a week. Whatever works for you :smile:

When you increase exercise, you retain water sometimes. Are you getting your period soon? That could cause you to retain water. Don't worry if it hasn't been at least 3 weeks. Just as a side note, do you eat back exercise calories? Seems like you're undereating by a lot if you don't

Everyday! I don't think it's obsessive, I like seeing how my weight fluctuates. It gives me a better idea of how much I'm losing and what makes me retain water and stuff like that.

I used to think that my naturally skinny friends were just lucky too but now that I think about it, they really don't eat much. Whenever I'm with my friend, she only finishes half of her food. I have noticed on the days that I drink a lot of water I tend to eat less. It doesn't really help with hunger though (for me at least), if you're hungry you're hungry. It helps with feeling full sometimes. :smile:

I take women's one a day. Why do you get gummies? Just get pills, they'll save you around 30 calories and you don't have to worry about it tasting bad lol
