  • Whole foods are better, however I'm proud that you had a little "cheat" and kept in within your daily macro count
  • I'd recommend upping the fat a lot! It keeps the cravings away.
  • It took me over a month to really find the sweet spot for my calorie range bc the keto calculators only estimate and for me it was too high. My sweet spot is 1200 cals for steady weight loss. If I go above that I just maintain or gain.

After a couple months you can start playing with your macros a bit if you hit…

I decided to lower my calories a tad to an average of 1170 and bam! If I eat any more I won't lose. I started losing everyday again. Now I also like to zig…
  • Here is a REALLY great artical I read on the issue. I'm going to bump up my carb intake a little and or carb cycle a bit to see if I find some regulation. I have Hashimotos/hypo thyroid disease as well so it may be valuable to tweak my macros a bit and get my hormones regulated again.…
  • Well this will be my first challenge! I've been going strong and very disciplined on Keto for the last 3 weeks, and lost 8 lbs. I've lost 40 total since last summer on low carb. I just have issues excersizing consistently! I log all good and stay in a caloric deficit and below 20 total carbs a day all coming from…
