I do swim right now and when I'm able I join a water aerobics class. I love the water exercises. So easy on the joints. My challenge is when I'm by myself in the gym. Low fat, not no fat. So I can still have mayo, guacamole, etc. - just not in large quantities. I will ask the next visit. I'm rather lazy. I buy the tetra packaged Premier Protein shakes and Muscle Milk from Costco. Easy to throw in my bag every morning. They are so convenient for me. I'm usually not a breakfast eater. Food in the morning has always made me nauseated. But I'm trying to be better about not skipping meals. I love grabbing a chocolate protein shake, adding some instant coffee for flavor, and drinking it over ice.

I allow myself to step on the scale weigh no more than twice a week. Monday morning is my weigh in day. I'll weigh myself a second time during the rest of the week if I feel I'm becoming lazy with my food intake.
