  • No it wasn't, I noticed it some time after my second son, and my posture has only worsened over the years so I think I've done it to myself opposed to genetic. It definitely doesn't hurt, sometimes it's a little sore (after I push on it for a bit like a moron). I'll definitely check with a professional. Thanks!

  • I'm 5'2 & my current weight is 136Lbs. My "goal weight" is around 130 I believe, will have to just workout, and try to get my body where I'd like it then weigh myself. I naturally have a thicker/muscular frame, & don't feel comfortable dipping too low.
