I was stuck for 16 days, then i dropped 4 pounds the next three days, its frustrating, but it will come. That's how my weight loss works, i get stuck 7-16 days, then i lose 3-5 pounds, then i get stuck, then i lose.

Drink Sparkling flavored water, add some fruit, its good. Add some almond milk to make it thicker like an Italian soda!

My scale always weights 4 pounds over the first time, then the next 3 are always the same 4 pounds lower. Scales are finicky... I always log my lowest weight on the scale, you cant get a false low weight, but you can get false high weights due to water retention. That's my opinion on the matter.

I eat 1750 on average (MFP tells me) i never eat over 2000. My TDEE is 3500 for my weight, so im still at 1500-1750 deficit daily.

I'm cutting 1500 calories a day and i haven't lost weight in 10 days now. But on a good note i lost 4.5 pounds on the 6th of this month, so i have that going for me lol.

mine wouldnt sync the other day, plug it in and hold the button down for 12 seconds, the device will reboot. Then disconnect it from your app and go through the install process again, then it worked for me fine.

I store mine upright, and the first weight is always +5 lbs. The next 3 are always the same, so i figure the first is not calibrated correctly from it being set down. Also make sure it doesn't wobble, i have a few high spots in my bathroom that wont read correctly, all four pads must be on the floor and not wobble.

I drank heavy for 12 years, and gained 150 pounds.
