Happy Birthday! I like panera. I get the you pick two with soup (usually broc and cheese or chicken noodle) and a salad (usually the asian sesmae chicken.) Its so good and only about 400-430 calories. They have the nutrtional info on their website. Just remember the you pick 2.

I also drink zoic shakes, But I think they are only available in florida. They sell them at big lots, walgreens, publix and winndixie if you have any of these. They dont taste that great but they are mind over matter for me. Theyve helped me in losing 80+ pounds. I try to chug them and then follow it up with something else…

I drink atkins shakes. I have been for over a year. I have one for breakfast and one for lunch with some veggies. They taste great and arent bad at all. Ive compared them to a lot of shakes out there and they are by far the best. The mocha flavor is my favorite, it has 160 calories 15g of sugar 2 net carbs. Give them a try!

On spibelts website they sell a waterproof one so that would help with the sweating!

I have a spibelt (small personal item belt). You can get them from amazon or from their website spibelt.com. I love mine! Got it for christmas. You can carry things like your keys, phone, snacks, etc. and its discrete.

atkins shakes are good and filling to me. I drink one every morning. I would also suggest things that can be made in advance and reheated. Things like oatmeal or eggs. I like kindbars and fiberone. Ive tried clif and dont get how people think they are good. Ive also tried larabars, while they have a good taste I cant get over the mushy texture.

I use agave or honey. But dont use too much agave, add a little at first and adjust to your taste. I added a tablespoon the first time and it was too sweet. Now i usually only add a teaspoon, which is about 20 calories. Its natural too. I tried stevia and truvia but they taste like splenda to me and I HATE artificial…

1/2 tablespoon agave (30 calories and all natural, no aftertaste) and nondairy creamer. I first tried a whole tablespoon of agave and it was too sweet so start out with a little and then add as needed.

I too joined the one that opened by my house. For $10/month I was at a community gym that only had a few machines (but got the job done,) so I like PF cause its the same price and has so much more. Although it is quite crowded.
