I am trying to tone using the weight machines at my gym. I have no clue what I'm really doing, Help! I was told to only focus on one area of the body (arms, abs, legs) a day, but other than this I dont know what to do.

Has anyone tried this? I am getting it for Christmas and wanted to know about any reviews. I used to go to a zumba fitness center but paying for a gym membership and zumba membership was getting too pricey so I asked for this instead.
