13.5lbs in 5 weeks is amazing!! Sounds like you're doing everything right and you just need to keep it at. As the saying goes you didn't gain all the weight overnight, you won't lose it overnight. Be patient, keep doing what you're doing and the rest of the weight will come off.

I love celebrity slim shakes. They're so tasty and creamy and are made with water. They're very filling and I don't get hungry or crave anything really! They've been working for me to keep me under my calories.

I prefer to do a cheat meal every so often, not a full day. Today I had a breakfast roll as my cheat meal because I normally have a shake and I missed sausages! It won't effect me much and even with the cheat meal I'll still be within my calories. A full day would throw me off the wagon especially once a week.

No, if I'm under my calorie goal and not hungry I just leave it. I take it if I'm not hungry I've eaten enough for the day and gotten what my body needs already so I don't force myself to eat more.

I done 5:2 fasting previously and loved it. I've decided to start back up again. This week my fast days are Tuesday and Thursday. I find it much easier to only 'diet' 2 days a week. My calorie allowance for the other days is 1600 which pretty much allows me to eat what I want for most of the week.

Find a workout plan that focuses on strength training more so than cardio. Everyone seems to rave about Kayla BBG but I can't see it being worth the money. I love Fitbess blender and blogilates. Both free in YouTube and both have free apps!

I love davina mc call workout videos. I'm currently using her 7 minute fit and fit in 15 ones. I do 7 minutes each evening Monday to Friday and on the weekend I do a 7 minute one in the morning and evening and then a 15 min one in afternoon

I think it's the warm bath that helps, and lying there not moving! I love adding radox bubble bath, they have one in the men's part called muscle relax and it honestly smells amazing!

I found I lost more weight doing 30ds, but I looked better after doing ri30.

You could alternate which one you do. Twice a week do 30ds and twice a week do ri30. I love both but get bored doing the same routine for 10 days. I love all of Jillians workout videos. When I did them I would switch back and forth between different one. Her body revolution one is amazing and has a lot more variety
