I get that! I don't even know if I would even consider my order to be "Chinese" because it's literally steamed chicken and broccoli. But you would be surprised at how filling the veggies and rice are!

I understand what you guys mean by the medicine increasing your appetite! Honestly I haven't really noticed a difference. As far as my calories go I usually take in around 1200 a day. I'm 4ft 11in btw

That's a good point, we put way too much time and effort in just blow it on a week off! That saddens me to hear that you train people who are already fit for the most part lol. Have you or would you ever consider training an average person?

Hey, thanks for the support! It's become such a habit that I just don't know how to break! It usually happens at night. I'll tell myself to do something in place of binging, such as reading, but the urge just won't budge. It's like my mind/body is on auto pilot to eat.
