I'm having a hard time figuring out what works. I try eating clean and then end up binging on junk a few days later. On the other hand, when I allow myself a treat in moderation, it just makes me crave it even more.. is this normal in the beginning?

Vicious cycle
I'm stuck in this horrible cycle. I gain weight and then end up being too self conscious about how I look to go out and do stuff. It just makes me want to stay at home and eat more which just makes me put on more pounds. How do I snap out of it?

Cheat meals
What's a better approach? To eat clean for like 6 days or so and allow yourself a cheat day? Or eat a flexible diet, like IIFYM? I know everybody's different but I'm just curious to see what's worked for most people!

Calories for shorties
The recommended calories for the average person is 2000 right? However I'm 4'11 so I feel like in order to lose weight I have to shoot for around 1000. Does that mean that I should cut the serving size of everything in half? Since it's the recommended serving size based on a 2000cal diet?

I logged everything I've eaten today and already hit my macros. I even went over the protein goal. However, I still have 100 calories left over. And I also haven't eaten my dinner yet.
