The last 10-15 pounds

Hey guys, I think I've hit a plateau in my weight loss. I'm only about 10 or 15 pounds or so away from where I'd like to be. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to shed the last few pounds?

    Yep.. set weight loss to .5 pounds loss per week, tighten up your calorie intake and logging, if you are moving less now, move, change up exercise if you have been doing the same thing expecting the same calorie burns, and make sure if you lost before you are updating your calorie goals in MFP, if you eat some exercise calories back, you could be eating back too many.

    I do not have full details on what you do for logging calorie intake and exercise, but reassess these things.

    The last 10 pounds all come down to precision.
