Why don't fairies exist..

Hey guys, I seriously need someone to keep me accountable! Like a little fairy to shock me every time I mess up or something. Lol. But really, I will do so good for like 3 days and then mess up and completely lose any progress I made even if it's only a half a pound. I know to trust the process because I have done it before but the second time around is truly so much harder!! Can anyone else relate?

    No really, it's a process. This week you do okay for 3 days next week it'll be 4. Six months from now your diet will likely look a lot different if you keep at it.

    Stay on track. You'll make progress.

    You're generally not going to undo 3 days progress in 1 day. You need more than 3 days to have measureable progress on the scales, because we all have a lot of fluctuation. So take the bad day and keep going according to your plan. 3 days this time, 4 days next time, as ^^ said. Progress is made in small steps!
