Anyone else out there dying for a healthy relationship? My goal in life is to be able to refer to my family as a fit fam

The title of the post had me ready to come on here and say:
<husky voice> deadlifts, squats, bench presses, scull crushers... ooooohhhhhh.... cable flies, abdominal crunches, lying leg curls... yeeeaaaahhhhhhhhh...... single arm bicep curls, overhead tricep extensions, donkey kicks - uh-huh </husky voice>
But then your message is about family being fit.
So - how about doing active stuff together like hiking or canoeing or something?3 -
